You can delete your Waarp account yourself, from inside the app, without asking anyone. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
In the app: Settings → Delete account.
That is the whole process. There is no waiting period, no confirmation email, and no need to contact us.
If you have lost access to your account or uninstalled the app, email harry4729@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account.
We need to be sure the request comes from you, so if you cannot write from that address, tell us the phone number you verified at sign-up instead. We will not act on a request we cannot tie to the account — that protects you from someone else deleting it.
Requests are completed within 30 days, and in practice within one working day.
Everything that identifies you, straight away:
Activities you were hosting are cancelled, so the people who joined are told rather than left waiting for an event that will not happen.
Two things survive, and neither can be used to contact or identify you once your profile is gone:
Nothing stops you making a new account later. It will be a genuinely new account — none of the above comes back, including your points and level. Note that a phone number can only be attached to one account at a time, so the number you verified becomes free to use again when the old account goes.
